Most engagements at RSM Studio begin with an AI Readiness Assessment (AIRA). We work with you to learn how your core processes run, where your data lives, how you are using AI today, and which tasks would give you the biggest return from AI. Our final report is a document you can hand to a board, a funder, or your next hire.

Once the AIRA is complete, it’s time to work through the roadmap, one priority at a time. Your people implement the plan with us beside them. You get one-on-ones, asynchronous reviews, security checks and more.

We will train your team to move forward. Skills include: what to automate, how to build workflows, how to spot hallucinations, and best practices for working with AI. By the end, your people deploy AI without outside help.
The AIRA is available as a standalone product, or as the start of a longer engagement.

We sit with your senior operators while they work, recording the sessions as we go. You show us how the business runs, what is slowing the work down, and what you are trying to achieve. We scope your knowledge base — the messy information sitting in spreadsheets, files and people’s heads — so you have a clear picture of where you stand today.
We have the experience to know where AI will help your business, and where the work should stay with your people. Your team learns to build agents and put them to work. Your people choose where an agent goes, so agents show up where you want them, and nowhere else. Your operator is always the one driving the bus.
Our people have been building software since 2012, and they work with AI every day. Bring the stuck prompt, the output you do not trust, or the security question, and the answer comes from a real, live human being.
Your first call is with a senior engineer or a business-side AI expert, depending on what you need.

Every assessment ends in one of three readiness verdicts.
Your processes and knowledge are in good enough shape to build on. The roadmap tells you what to build and in what order.
Parts of the business are ready and parts need work first. The roadmap separates the two and puts the work in order.
Building AI now would return little. The roadmap tells you what to fix so that a later build succeeds.
Everything produced in the assessment is yours to keep.
You own these documents. You can act on them with us, with another firm, or on your own.
Before the assessment begins we sign an NDA that covers everything you show our team.
Your knowledge
The work AI can take on depends on knowledge sitting in old files, email, spreadsheets, and the heads of your most experienced people. We use a proprietary tool to access that knowledge.
Our tool turns the material into a private knowledge base your company owns, called a Data Horizon, and runs scoped AI agents against the Data Horizon. Your data stays in your environment and is never used to train a shared model.
