Information you give us

When you submit the inquiry form on our site, we collect your name, your email address and your message. Fly.io, Inc., which hosts our website, receives these submissions on our behalf, and Resend, which delivers inquiry form submissions to our email, sends them to us by email.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider, Fly.io, logs technical data including IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.

We use the following analytics and advertising services. Each one sets cookies or similar identifiers and receives information about your visit.

Through the Google tags, Google may collect information about your activity on this site and on other sites over time, and may combine first-party and third-party identifiers to do so. Google describes its practices at “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services”.

Cookies and your choices

Our consent banner controls analytics and advertising cookies. In the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, both stay off until you accept them. Elsewhere, Google Analytics is on by default, and you can turn it off with Reject on the banner or through the “Cookie settings” link in our footer. Advertising cookies are only set if you accept them. We go by your browser’s time zone to tell which applies. You can change your choice at any time, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal your browser sends, which turns analytics and advertising off.

Essential cookies and similar storage that make the site function, such as the record of your cookie choice, remain active, and the banner does not govern those.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics on all websites using Google’s browser add-on, manage Google ad personalization in My Ad Center, and opt out of many participating vendors through the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance.

Who receives your information

We do not sell your information for money. Information reaches these recipients:

• Service providers who process information on our behalf: Fly.io, Inc., which hosts our website; Resend, which delivers inquiry form submissions to our email; and Google, which provides our email. They may use it only to deliver these services to us.
• Analytics and advertising partners: Google receives the information its tags collect: for advertising, once you consent; for Google Analytics, once you consent in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, and elsewhere unless you turn it off. Where this supports advertising across other websites, some privacy laws classify it as sharing.
• Legal recipients: we disclose information where law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

International transfers

We operate in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries. For visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland, transfers rely on either the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the recipient holds a current certification, or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, its UK Extension, and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework, and applies standard contractual clauses where no adequacy decision covers a transfer. Fly.io, Inc. hosts our website, and Resend delivers inquiry form submissions to our email, on our behalf.

Retention

We keep form submissions and related correspondence for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Advertising platforms retain data according to their own settings, which we configure to the shortest period each one allows. We keep business records for as long as tax and corporate law requires.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to receive a copy of it. Email gsantos@rsm-studio.com or use the form on our site. We respond within 30 days, verify your identity before acting on a request, and treat you the same whether or not you make one.

If you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Withdrawing consent leaves earlier processing valid.

Do Not Track

Our website does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals, as described under Cookies and your choices.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email gsantos@rsm-studio.com and we will delete it. We have no actual knowledge that we share the personal information of anyone under 16 for advertising purposes.

Changes

We post any update on this page with a new effective date. When a change materially affects how we handle information we already hold, we give notice on the site before it takes effect.
